University Area Housing
EDJ Rentals has been offering quality housing since 1987
and has an excellent track record. We are a smaller company so we
can be a better quality company. We own all the units that we manage so you
can expect care and diligence in the service you get and the maintenance the
property receives. We offer quality housing for off-campus students and
individuals in Eau Claire, WI. EDJ Rentals is a collection of duplexes and
multi-unit buildings located within walking distance to UWEC, Carson Park,
Luther Hospital and the Eau Claire Police Station.
Our goal is to provide clean, attractive, comfortable, and safe student
housing. We strive to do this by having quality units and a professional
management and maintenance staff that is committed to serving our residence.
Unlike many other property owners in this market, we provide student leases
that run from June 1 through May 31.
General Directions:From Interstate 94, exit Hwy 93 (North), take ramp (Right) onto US 53, at
exit US 12, keep right onto ramp, turn left (West) onto US 12 (East
Claremont Avenue), turn right (North) onto State Street, turn left (West)
onto Water Street, turn right (North) onto 3rd Avenue to Lake Street
